Learn How To Create A Family History At The Wabasha Public Library:

The Wabasha Public Library will begin offering a set of genealogy classes Thursday, October 21. The first two classes will focus on getting started, followed by one session for questions and answers, and a final session on putting it all together. Other courses will be offered as requested.

Genealogy-Where do I start? will be offered starting on Thursday, October 21, 2010 from 10:30 to Noon, followed by three additional Thursdays at the Wabasha Public Library. Contact Lauri Hassinger at laurijh@gmail.com or (507) 358-7581 to register.

The classes are free but advance registration is required. Donations to the library are always welcome if you find the classes worthwhile.

Additional classes will be offered in the future. Go to the Wabasha Public Library web page at http://www.wabasha.lib.mn.us/ to take the survey and tell us what classes you would like to see offered.
